The Bagel Factory, part of the Fish Island development in Hackney Wick, features brick-clad buildings and amenities like a garden terrace, gym, and concierge service. 

Chiltern Contracts handled comprehensive work across the development, installing waterproofing systems in all bathrooms and tiling in apartments and lobbies, including waterproofing systems in all bathrooms and tiling in apartments and lobbies, including a feature wall with beige and brown tiles. 

Our team also installed brick slips in various shades on apartment feature walls. External works involved stone installation in rooftop communal areas, providing residents with stunning views of the Olympic Park and London skyline.
