Chiltern Contracts was awarded a diverse package that included tiling to the communal and bathroom areas.

The EightyFen development occupies a comprehensive plot covering 78-86 Fenchurch Street at a cost of £136m. The 14 storey building offers over 240,000 sq ft of commercial office space and 11,500 sq ft of retail space. 

The building includes six roof terraces on levels 10-14 and ranging from 5,000 sq ft to 20,000 sq ft with prime views of the City skyline.
