Chiltern Contracts were awarded a comprehensive stone package for the prestigious 29 New End luxury development in Hampstead, London. The works included the supply, fabrication and installation over 50 slabs of quartz material for the 17 kitchen areas, as well as undertaking tiling to bathroom areas.

Novel House is a luxury residential block consisting of 16 flats and a penthouse apartment totalling almost 37,000 sq ft, complete with landscaped communal gardens, car parking and a 24-hour concierge service. The development is located just off Heath Street in the sought-after district of Hampstead.

Hampstead's greenery and scenery inspired the architecture, use of materials and landscaping of the development. Chiltern Contracts worked closely with the interior designers to supply bespoke brown veining Karma quartz slabs with our partner company Chiltern Marble, to compliment the wooden floors and cabinetry.

The bathrooms incorporate Silver Emperador marble for the vanity units and feature walls. The use of natural tones and materials brings to the fore the architect's emphasis on nature in the design. The Calacatta Aurelia range was selected use in the kitchen areas of the flats to complement the sophisticated, contemporary design of the development. The quartz features an uninterrupted brown vein through a solid white backdrop.
