Beaverbrook Hotel and Spa - Case Study

Beaverbrook Hotel and Spa is set in the heart of Surrey Hills, just 20 miles from the bustling centre of London. The luxury retreat offers 18 grand rooms, each dedicated to a notable former visitor of the Estate, including Ian Fleming and Wintston Churchill. The development occupies the former Cherkley Court Estate and pays homage the quintessentially English design of the stately home. The hotel offers a range of facilities to entertain guests, including the Parrot Bar in Parrot Bar in 1920's colonial splendour, The Garden House and Japanese Grill. The Spa and pool facilities afford guests a calming environment to enjoy the tranquil Surrey Hills.

Chiltern Contracts was responsible for installing waterproofing membranes and tiles to the Spa areas. The Spa was designed by acclaimed contemporary artist, Brian Clark and comprises of stained-glass ceilings and ceramic tiled walls, creating a radiant, colour-drenched indoor paradise designed to soothe the senses.
