112 - 116 Old Street - Case Study

The 112 - 116 Old Street redevelopment involved a comprehensive refurbishment of the entire building. Now named the Stylus building, the development comprises over 2,300ft² of high-end commercial office space spread over six floors in the heart of London's Tech City in Old Street.

Chiltern Contracts' works package included the supply and install for a broad range of vertical and horizontal surfaces in the development. The lobby entrance area embraced a bold design, as the engineered stone floor incorporated 10mm wide carpet strips. The intricate stone design was supplied and fabricated by our dedicated works partner Chiltern Marble. The works also included 600x600 tiles in the main office spaces and red glazed wall tiles in the lobby areas. Stone staircases were installed across the plot, and brickslips were also installed on dedicated feature walls to add an authentic touch to the design.
